Villa Couvert: ★★★★★

Third stop
The third stop in my quest to find good restaurants is Villa Couvert in Oisterwijk. Villa Couvert is located in a beautiful forest. The address of the restaurant is Vennelaan 2 in Oisterwijk in the Netherlands. Villa Couvert has always served nice food, but since Dutch interior designer Eric Kuster redesigned the whole restaurant, finally the looks of the restaurant match with the quality of the food. The menu offers all kind of different dishes and for a reasonable price. For example a menu with five different courses is priced at € 55! This amount of money is not very much for one Michelin star quality food.

Social media research
Villa Couvert has got a Twitter account, but does not have a Facebook page. On the Twitter page of the restaurant there are messages about their latest updates. The Twitter account is very new because it has only seven tweets at the moment. To attract more people and awareness it would be better to upload pictures of the restaurant to Twitter, information about the menu and also by creating a Facebook page. On this page people can push the button “like” and this is also a good way to create more attention to Villa Couvert.

Recommended, or not?
The food definitely deserves at least four stars, maybe even five. The fact that I've given Villa Couvert five stars has to do with the ambiance created by interior design specialist Eric Kuster. Eric has put his own mark on the style of the interior, and I just happen to love his style. The combination of this fact with the taste of the food makes this restaurant definitely recommended! On the picture you can see one of the courses: scallops, lobster sauce and a sprout. It was delicious! These courses change all the time, so the menu stays mysterious!

Oisterwijk's best!

Mangiare Eindhoven: ★★★★

Second stop
The second stop is Mangiare in Eindhoven. This lovely Italian restaurant is located at Kleine Berg 67-A in the Netherlands. The restaurant has the possibility to have lunch, dinner and take away food. The menu offers all kind of different courses from different sandwiches to amazing pizzas! The restaurant is seven days a week opened and has (paid) parking places in front. Furthermore, the ambiance and colors inside are very nice and cosy. My favourite courses at Mangiare are the Carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise and the pizza with mushrooms, truffle and rucola.

Social media research
After some research, it seems that Mangiare doesn't use any forms of social media. Mangiare doesn't have a Twitter account, nor Facebook account. This could be something that Mangiare could develop to reach more guests. A 'Like' button (such as you can see in the left top corner of this blog) spreads the word faster than word to mouth ever could. Every time someone clicks 'Like' their whole Facebook network sees this. Every time another person 'likes' this message on Facebook, their whole network sees this. This is a clever marketing tool, that might be worth more than any forms of commercial marketing. Someones opinion is always more important to their friends than a billboard or radio commercial.

When we start looking for opinions on Mangiare, we see nothing but positive words:
"If you like Italian food try Mangiare Eindhoven! Wonderful! But make reservations in advance!" and "The main course for this friday afternoon: The delicious pizzas from Mangiare... And wine ofcourse! You know what I'm talking about."This, and about twenty more positive opinions on Mangiare can be found on Facebook and Twitter.

Recommended, or not?
Finally, I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The staff is always nice and their carpaccio is one of the best that I've ever tasted. The truffle pizza is amazing, never has this been matched in the Netherlands. The only restaurant that serves this nice truffle pizza's is Market in Paris. Maybe worth a review some day...

To end this post I uploaded a picture of the truffle pizza that I love so much. You get real quality for your money.

Buddha Bar Paris: ★★★★★

First stop
The first stop is Buddha Bar in Paris. This restaurant, located at the Rue Boissy d'Anglas is a famous and trendy place. The Buddha Bar is a part of the George V Eatertainment group which contains of many restaurants, hotels and bars around the world. The menu offers all kind of dishes and for the sushi lovers it is very hard to choose! My favorite rolls are the Buddha Bar rolls. The rolls have four amazing tastes and this is an absolute culinary explosion! The restaurant also has a great cocktail menu and the music is amazing. So amazing, that they decided a few years ago to release these so called 'Buddha Bar tracks' every couple of months on a compilation album, mixed by DJ Ravin.

Social media research
Social Media is becoming more and more popular. Restaurants also can use a Twitter or Facebook. I looked on the different social media for the opinions of everybody about the specific restaurant. The overall picture of the people who visited Buddha Bar thought it was very nice! They fell in love and were sad to leave. There are people who thought the service was not completely well and the prices are high but this is just a small part of all the people who went there.
Buddha Bar has an own Twitter account which is being used for all the Buddha Bars in the world. On this Twitter information can be found such as which DJ is going to come to which restaurant of Buddha Bar. Furthermore, there is a Facebook page for Buddha Bar and it has well over 62,000 'likes' A 'like' is when someone clicks 'like' on Facebook. What's surprising, is that all of the 'updates' on the Buddha Bar Facebook 'fanpage' are about the Buddha Bar music. It seems that the music now is more famous than their great food. This is one point of attention that the administrator of this page should keep in mind. Buddha Bar started with great food, the music came later. I want to read about new sushi's and dishes, in stead of the new tracks, because this is what I really care about.
Recommended, or not?
Finally, I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The ambiance is great, the music good and the food perfect!

To end this post I uploaded a picture of sushi rolls which I LOVE the most at Buddha Bar Paris! These are Red Fire Dragon rolls, Pink Lady rolls and Buddha Bar rolls! Furthermore you can see spring rolls and salmon nigiri sushi.
